I’m Akshay Hallur, a content creator and blogger with 13+ years in the trenches.
I run BloggingX.com, one of the top content marketing blogs in India. Over the years, I’ve built and sold multiple websites, and worked with brands like Semrush, Kajabi, and Teachable to grow their online visibility through content.
As my work scaled and I started managing multiple publications and a team of content writers, things got messy fast. Ideas were everywhere. Workflows were all over the place. I was producing a lot but felt like I had no real control over the operation.
That’s when I discovered Notion and the power of building systems.
It changed everything. Not just how I worked, but how I thought about content creation. I stopped chasing productivity hacks and started building infrastructure. Systems that could run without me having to hold everything in my head.
